Leone [name & gender customizable] has held the position of Truthlight in the barony of Soleil, in for over 30 years. It’s not a perfect life, but it’s not a bad one either. Sure, they almost got assassinated weekly while living in Soleil, but those attempted died down once they moved out to Roque. What job doesn't have it's headaches?
This most recent one is definitely worse than most.
A devil-crafting serial killer almost ruins the preparations for the most important festival in Soleil, but his capture and death helped blow away all lingering worries. All that was left was to help people heal and get back on track...then a surge of odd deaths has the entire area on edge once more.
In order to figure out what caused these deaths, Leone must work with a pair of strange Warden cultists who have wandered into their area. The historical tensions between their deities makes for an awkward atmosphere to navigate through.
Will the Truthlight be open minded and find a pair of new friends or lovers?
Will the Truthlight's narrow-minded thinking get them killed?
Guide the Truthlight down the path you think fits best.

I finally got time to play this! it's soooo interesting so far, i'm really loving the MC and love interests. You have the most interesting universe and such fantastic writing. Excited to see more whenever you have the time for it!
so it has been two years and other games have had updates so i want the full game!!! (please dont rush its just a really good game that i want more of!)

Omg thank for replying it means a lot! Also that's great to know, I just have one other question its not said in the demo what the time line is as in is it before gelus and pario is it after, because it sounds like it is after a war with the gods due to the older god comments and the void element which i think would mean it was after because of what is said in pario. i know this is long but that is my one main question.
It is set around 700 years after the Old Gods are slaughtered, so it's way, way after Gelus and Pario.
The time line shall go: Gelus > Pario > Contego (WIP) > Rescisco (WIP) > 700+ time skip > WRBC > GSLH (WIP)
The full game will contain a codex to drop hints at the lore to come in the rest of the mainline.

The Grinning Spider & The Lone Hound
Just as WRBC follows a cultist who worships Heimos and a cultist who worships Violo, GSLH will follow a cultist of Necare and a cultist of Amare.
This is lovely :) I especially like your world building, and the character interactions. The text flows well and the story is a pleasure to read, I'm looking forward to playing the full game.
