I haven't gotten to the end yet but this game was beautifully done. It's really immersive and addicting so far. I'm not sure if i like Violo or Viere more yet. 10/10
I'm SUCH a fan of this demo!! I loved Sacrarium Gelus and it's so fascinating to see more of Violo & Vivere. Definitely a bit different than I expected from Gelus, thanks to Heimos's opinion of them--but in a good way. I'll be eagerly awaiting the full release(:
Hello! Loved the demo, these two literally have me in a chokehold. I love both of them, but I do have a question. My game seems to suddenly cut-off when Violo and Vivere start bickering over who gets to spend time with the MC. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. When I checked if I got the ending it says its still not unlocked.
i was wondering why the vibes of this game were familiar till i saw tht this was the same ppl who made sacrarium gelus!!! i absolutely love it!!!! n i like how the 2 are somewhat connected with each other!!!! the writing, character, music, perfect!!!! o((>ω< ))o looking foward for the full game!! (and maybe some of your future games!!!) <33333
I loved the demo a lot, the characters are very endearing, the story is really intriguing and the art is breathtaking.
While I am glad I found and played the demo, I think this will be it for me since I am quite monogamous haha. But I 10000% recommend it to people who are not or don't mind romancing both at the same time, the game is really enjoyable and even more for poly people I'm sure :)
Edit, 3 days later lol: Sooo, this is kinda funny, but I went back and replayed everything (first time I played was at 4am, so I didn't digest all the details). Somehow, I started appreciating a lot more the relationship between Violo and Vivere, I had definitely liked it the first time, but I came with a new understanding after the replay. Beforehand, I had gone into the game having already made up my mind that "I'm monogamous, so I probably won't like the romance as much", which I think ended up hindering my first playthrough. The second time, I went into it with a more open mind, and I'm so glad I did. I ended up not really being bothered by the polyamorous aspect at all, I actually love the kind of dependent relationship that comes with Viola and Vivere. For the longest time they have only had each other as a source of companionship and support, they're two complicated souls that are cut off from normal socialization and cling onto each other.
While in the beginning I would've preferred they had separate routes, I can understand (and I actually like) why this is just not an option, they're dependent lovers that care for each other more than anything in the world, an outsider just can't get rid of it. I like that they truly care for each other's opinion, even if at first it looks like Violo dismisses Vivere's. I like how only towards a mutual interest in the mc can the relationship truly happen, I've read the creator's comments and I completely understand them better now (the whole "both or neither, but never either"), it just really makes sense.
I also like the dynamic that the mc brings to the table. Violo and Vivere have only had each other for the longest time, neither of them is really knowledgeable on healthy coping mechanism or other social aspects that come with living in a society. I like that the mc can sometimes give their two cents and help them with internal conflicts and worries (even trauma, thinking of the scene with Violo and his 'father'). I also appreciate how organic it feels when Vivere is warming up to them, it did not feel forced, and I love that not at any point of you having caught both of their interest made them feel less like a couple themselves. But at the same time, the mc does not feel like an intruder at any moment, maybe a tiny smallish bit a the beginning when Vivere hasn't yet warmed up to you, but after it just feels like it makes sense, y'know? Honestly, the writing on the relationships caught by by surprise a bit, it's just that good.
And so, apparently I'm gonna stick with this game for a while lol. I'm glad I gave it a second chance and got out of my comfort zone (the whole poly thing), because I've found two of my new favorite characters in a good while, I grew to love them so much more, especially because of their relationship with each other.
Also, this is just a small error I found during my second playthrough, but the morning after the mc goes to the dungeons down the stairs and Vivere comes to visit there's an "image not found" error. It's not a big deal, but I thought I'd mention it in case it might help haha.
(This comment has spoilers so please don’t read if you haven’t played!)
I didn’t expect this VN to be as long as it was so by the time I got done, the sun had already went down lol. I got absolutely drawn in and immersed in this story. I love the universe and the bits of lore we’re given over time was so good. The idea of the waters being red around Pario was really neat and unsettling. That combined with Violo’s entrance made me feel uneasy for what was to come (which is what I live for in horror). As much as I wasn’t sure what to expect after you’re taken in (especially given the warning list), I found myself kinda forgetting about the more disturbing aspects of Pario the longer into the game I went into. As I saw Violo and Vivere begin to warm up to the PC, I was like damn, am I getting stockholmed syndromed myself? After the big reveal with the PC and with them saying it will be safer with them, I began to wonder if they were telling the entire truth. Mainly because I found myself believing them 100% and which then led to me wondering if that’s a good idea lol. Also I love the hard spot that potentially puts on the character now that they’re aware the gods are trying to kill them after having already reached out to help. I can only imagine how Violo and Vivere might react if you tell them about that after they’ve already warmed up to you. The dynamic between Vivere and Violo was something that I really liked and thought was funny and wholesome at times. I think I laughed once I realized Vivere was venting about Violo just a few moments after being a little scared at seeing what was probably a small extent of Violo’s power in the sword fight before.
After the game ended on my first playthrough, I had to remind myself that Violo and Vivere are described as yanderes but damn, I was thinking how sweet a lot of moments were. They were sweet enough to apparently forget about the literal flesh monsters that Violo created that roam about on the regular lol. That was something that left me feeling conflicted a lot as it shows Violo doing a lot of horrible things but as time goes on, Violo only seems to do horrible things towards truly awful people so it doesn’t seem to be something he does out a sadistic glee (maybe) but then again, his methods are horrific. But he’s a god and it doesn’t feel entirely out of the ballpark for a god to do things like that soooo... Learning that and coupled with the moments with Vivere where it feels peaceful (like the garden where it looks so nice and pretty with the flowers) and Violo’s reaction towards his father really had me forgetting about the horror stories that are told in the beginning of the game. I also didn’t choose the more antagnizing options so that also probably explains why I thought a lot of moments were sweet. I don’t think they’ve really shown much yandere tendencies towards the player except maybe two moments that I feel like is hinting towards what the future will hold. Like with Vivere saying he doesn’t like sharing his things in a seemingly joking manner whenever you ask if you’ll be free in the future and Violo's kinda overprotective reaction to you simply falling when you trip over your chains. I was absolutely eating that up. I guess all of this is to say that I really love the way this VN had me feeling. I love the uneasiness at the beginning, the conflicted feelings towards not knowing if I can exactly trust these two because they seem like they’re being honest but it’s just the two of them vs me and they kinda got a reputation, but maybe it’s not as bad as the stories make it sound? Either way, I was loving almost every scene and I’m excited to see what the future holds! (sorry if this was really long, I was very excited after finishing the game about all the future possibilities :P as you can probably tell lol)
It's really interesting i especially love that you have so many choices. Plus the design of the character environment is amazing

adly i thought that there was a different "branch" when you appeal 100% to one of them since that would make an interesting turn if you know this kind of trope you know what i mean
But maybe there will be one who knows regardless i still enjoyed it very much :D
this game is amazing so far! i can't believe this is just a demo, the world and characters are so interesting!
Just quick question, when you meet Violo in the hallways when he's talking to his father and you pick the option "Are you Alright?" the text right after does not seem to match? It says "The flower circle created a ring that had Violo's study in the center". Is this intentional?
No, that is a flow error I'd hoped I'd gotten rid of, but I guess it still slipped through. Thank you so much for reporting it! I'm going to note it down for fixing.
amazing! there is so much more I could say about this game but I feel that I'd be repeating what others had already said, so all I can say is I am so glad to have found it on itch, and I'm looking forward to seeing more. Violo and Vivere are such darlings~
I am enjoying this thus far, I look forward to more in the future :), my first playthrough was as a poly relationship with them, it felt like the fairest and safest option. And I'm so far content with it, I am so thankful to have had the experience to read this story <3 :).

That is because that is where the demo ends. It is impossible to get an ending currently, as they do not exist in the game.
I see, thanks for the reply! Cant wait to see more! <3

I can only seem to download the demo? is there a way to download the full version? or is it not released yet
Only the demo is out for now.
will you die if only one ends up liking you?
Depends.
If they're both neutral, you can avoid death by being careful.
If only one is high while the other is neutral or low, the consequences can be death or fates worse than death.
oooh interesting but confusing and concerning lmao, excited to see more ehehe :)
So is it always going to have to be you have to be in a relationship with both of them, instead of a triad situation?
Yes. Their personalities make it impossible to only be with one and not the other.

;3 Maybe not in the way you're thinking, but the game will acknowledge if MC doesn't keep things fair.
There will not be a route to break VV up though. Both or neither, but never either.
I see :o
Well- wait i just noted that the S in sadly in my first comment is just floating in the oblivion XD
But back to what i was saying i will probably still enjoy it regardless of sabotaging our captors relationship lol.
Take care ^^
